Reindeer Bags

http://julenebydesign.blogspot.com.au/2013/12/reindeer-bags.html This is the link to my blog where I explain about these.

They are based on a site that I mentioned in my first post for the Reindeer grid cards.

They are quick and easy to make and even better, don't cost much.
I'm hoping Gin doesn't shoot me for jumping in here...I just wanted to show that I practice what I preach.

Lollipop Ladies challenge 82 Christmas cupcakes with ribbon

Hi it is Margaret and the second Friday is my turn to post my card for challenge No 82.  It is 12.15 am on Friday morning here in Sydney.
I have taken the colours red and white, the snowman, spots and the word Joy as my inspiration
I printed out Dilly Beans digi stamp "Candy Cane Snowman" onto white card and the word Joy.  Coloured snowman with markers and layered him onto Image That's digi paper "Snowflakes Red" from the Merry and Bright paper set.  Added red and white Christmas ribbons.

Don't forget you have till the end of December to add you cards for Challenges 81 and 82.  I hope you will join in and link your cards to the link in the top right column.

A reminder for Challenge 81 - Reindeer cupcakes with grids.

Have a good day
Best wishes Margaret (Granmargaret)

Joy to the world

Hello, all!  Today I (Heather) am posting my project for the Christmas Cupcakes challenge
with the additional challenge of ribbons
I really loved the color scheme in this photo.  It's traditional (red, white and green), but with a modern twist (pale green instead of pine green).  And I really like the stars, too.  So those were the starting point.  I didn't even realize until after it was made that my sentiment went with the Joy theme of the cupcakes.  Lucky bonus on that one.

You can see all the details on my blog, then come back and play along with us.  Remember that you can play in either or both of the two challenges that are running until the end of December.

Holiday Joy

Here's a card that I made using the second challenge pic as inspiration. Remember to use ribbon as well on your creation!

Holiday Joy

You can enter one or both challenges.
The other picture is...
and remember the added twist is grids.

There is an embellishment goodie bag and 2 digital images available for the winning entry.

These 2 challenges are going on all month so you have all of December to play along!

Also, I'd like to take this opportnity to wish you and your loved ones a HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!!! Enjoy it to the fullest and be sure to make happy memories!!!

Lots of Holiday Hugs,
Deanne

Challenge #82 Christmas Cupcakes with the additional challenge of ribbon

After staring at that picture for some time I came up with spots and layering using red/green & white. I've added 2 rows of ribbon across the top.

Don't forget to link up to either challenge in the right hand side toolbar.

Enter one or both, there is an embellishment goodie bag + 2 digital images available for the winning entry of each.

Finally, Happy Christmas to all our followers, the DT and Gin.
That's all for this year from Julene

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas ...

Jane here - As there was a bit of a hiccup initially with our scheduled challenges I missed my upload day so I have both my takes on Challenge #81 and #82 to show you.

Challenge #81 is Reindeer with the additional challenge of grids....

Aren't these the cutest cupcakes ever??  When I first saw these little reindeer faces I immediately knew the stamp  I had to use for this challenge.

I've gone with the more traditional Christmas colours of green and red and used a small offcut of grid transparency for the base of my sentiment.

Challenge #82 is Christmas Cupcakes with the additional challenge of ribbon...

I've taken the red and green from the Christmas cupcakes as the basis of my card and used ribbon across the base.

Both these challenge will run until the end of the year.  Enter one or both - there is an embellishment goodie bag + 2 digital images available for the winning entry of each.

This is my last set of challenges for The Lollipop Ladies as my term has come to an end and I am not continuing on into next year.  I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of our loyal supporters and Gin and the team all the very best for Christmas and 2014. It's been fun and I hope it continues to be so for all of you :)
